At Affecto Foundation, we help academically gifted young people whose education is threatened by financial hardship.
Watoto Wasome supports more than fees: uniforms, learning materials, transport, mentorship, psychosocial care, career guidance and the confidence to keep going.

The Affecto 2026 Half Marathon is about keeping promising learners in school. Every step helps a learner stay on track. Miles for Minds aims to raise KSh 25 million to sustain Watoto Wasome learners and welcome even more deserving students from 2027 onward.

Yes. Corporate teams can take part, fundraise together and explore sponsorship opportunities with Affecto Foundation.
04How much are tickets?+
Adult tickets cost KSh 3,000 and child tickets cost KSh 1,500 across all distances. A qualifying group of ten pays KSh 25,000.
